There are mountains to hike, valleys to explore, two local golf courses and every water sport you can imagine. It's the perfect spot for those who would like a rest from the hustle and bustle of city life.Enjoy the ocean right outside your door. Swim, Snorkel, Scuba, Boogie Board - or take a stroll and enjoy the ancient ruins at the end of our beach. Surf world famous Makaha Beach, site of international surfing competitions. Fishing/Ocean Kayaking/Boogie Boarding/Surfing/Snorkeling will make this vacation unforgettable! Golf at the nearby Makaha Golf & Country Club – a 5-minute drive Historical and Cultural Sites - One of Oahu's oldest Hawaiian heiau (temple) is located here. Discover secluded beaches along the coast line. Pokai Bay is a favorite and gentle swimming perfect place for keiki [kiddies] and the whole family. Try a delicious “plate lunch” just down the street. Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach and Pearl Harbor Memorial are less than an hour away.
